Slow
At first everything looked good. Went in for an alternator , Which I bought myself, and they said that it would've been easier if I bought it through them, but since I bought it they went ahead and installed it for me. It broke down. So the next time I went, I returned the alternator and bought through them this time and whenever I got my car back it broke down again. So, when I called them for a tow back to the shop, because I couldn't physically get the car to move. the guy on the phone yelled at me about moving the car, but I told him that I couldn't move the car which was the entire reason why I was calling him. He proceeded to yell at me and I had to pause before I could speak to him and let him know that the car wouldn't move. So they finally came and got it again and they fixed it again and it broke down a week later so I called them yet again for them to pick up my car but this time, they refused to come and get it. I called in twice they didn't answer the phone I left a voicemail they didn't return my phone call so my car has been broken down since. I spent $700+ in labor and parts, $50 in gas, $$ in insurance, and other things since receiving my car that was "supposed" to be fixed.
They go out of they way to make sure your problem is fix.
I had them tow my car and take a look. I spend over 300 for a fuel pump which turns out to not be the problem. Turns out the guy that diagnosed it quit and the next peroom didn't verify the problem. Then I spend another 300 to replace the timing belt and it brakes down 40 miles away with the timing belt coming off so they come and get it to fix it again. It still doesn't run right. I was also told several times my car was ready and would get a ride to go pick it up just to find it wasn't. Also, I had another problem with it and needed a tow for them to look at it again and was gonna give them another chance and was refused service. Would not take anything here.
