It would be nice if they was open on the weekends. Not just untill 1:00 on saturdays. When people actually have time to do projects around theyre house.

I would like to reply directly to the review that was previously posted. I am the store manager and owner of S&S Home Center. I am very disappointed that we would get such a review and more disappointed that we were not able to satisfy this customer. In reference to the firewood we sold, the wood was cut 6 months prior to our supplier splitting it and putting it on the pallet. When we followed up with the supplier about the wood being green he replied "I don't want to split green wood any more than you want to burn it". We offered a full refund if this customer. We offered to send a truck out and pick up the wood at no charge. We offered to give him free "kindling" to use to get the fire started until the wood started burning. As for the store hours, yes, that is a challenge. We spend a great deal of time training our employees and we try to keep them here as much as we can during business hours. We are trying to find ways to extend our store hours while still keeping well trained employees here to serve.
I have shopped at this store for as long as they have been here. They afford you a pleasant shopping experience and have almost anything you could want. Their employees are local and very well trained. They go above and beyond in their service!! Many have been there so long they feel like friends!!! I actually enjoy shopping there and would rather buy locally from folks that take care of me!!!! Thanks to the whole team @ S& S in Magnolia, Arkansas
