We paid for a 3 month service. We kept having issues with a few bugs, we called for them to come back. Still had issues with 1 or 2 bugs. They finally dropped our contact.
Very good at explaining everything
Called on 9-6 for an appointment and was told the technician would call me back later that day to schedule. 9-7, I call to ask about the appointment and was told I was mistaken - in that I was told the technician would call that day (9-7). Again, I was told I would get a call. No call. 9-8 I call another place and have someone come out that same day. Wonderful service and I'm pleased so far. I did finally get a call back from the technician on 9-12 - and he was very polite and very apologetic that I did not get service more quickly. He sounded sincere and again, was pleasant-the only positive experience really.
