The hospital is unprofessional. My daughter went in for stomach pains and with a knot you can see it. The doctor told her to see her regular doctor and gave us our discharge papers. I should have took my daughter to Eldorado they are a LOT more professional and they care for their patients. Anyway, she saw her regular doctor and he order an ultrasound found in alarming things but she is doing better. Thanks to her docyor.

Well... took my at the time 1 year old daughter for extremely high fever... we sat in the waiting area with only 2 other people there for 1 hour... and then waiting in the back for nearly 3... at the bottom of the last hour doc enters asks some questions and leaves.. then we wait another hour only for him to come back in and say they're switching shifts and another doc would start all over again.. I expressed my concerns to the nurse she then went and told the doctor and both the doc and nurse came back in and the doctor says: You gotta problem with me?? You gotta problem with me?? All the while his face was red as a firecracker and the nurse standing in the back like the "yeah" man you see in old movies... I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life!!!(Dallas) This hospital is a joke... Go to TK if you think you can make it... chances of living and being treated like a human being will shoot through the roof

Good

I have never gone into a hospital hurting and came back out hurting. Very disappointed in the service I got last night. They took some blood and I peed in a cup. Said I needed to drink more water. I agree. But when I get home and there's blood in my pee, that's when I wonder why the nurses and drs are even there. They didn't do anything to help me at all. I had Dr. Dixson and he completely ignored me last night. Very rude.

Had a horrible experience!!! Went there almost 2 weeks ago complaining of severe stomach pain and nausea, only because it's been happening for many nights in a row and I just don't have the money upfront for a doctors visit right now with the rain making my boyfriends job come to a hault. (And it is NOT pregnancy that'she for sure) Well anyways the doctor at the time was very nice and wonderful, he gave me some liquid to numb my stomach pain and a shot for the nausea along will a prescription for nausea too... he told me that it's a possibility that there's something wrong with my gallbladder but he was just hoping it was acid reflux and said to come back if it gets worse... well here it is. It's getting worse to the point where I don't go to sleep till 6-7 a.m. because I'm trying to make myself stay awake to the point where I pass out so I can sleep decent. Then I had stomach pains and nausea again (this has been going on for a month, almost more) so I went back.. only to wait nearly an hour in the waiting room till a nurse saw me. Then I was put in a room and it took them an HOUR just to get a little urine sample and do a blood test, then another hour of complete silence.. thankfully my pain had eased to I didn't have to sit in agony, then the doctor came in but this one was different. I believe his name was Dr. Bennett, he was so rude!!! He told me that even if it was my gallbladder, it was best for me to just go home and see my doctor when I specifically said that I DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNDS!!! Currently I'm waiting to see if I can get medicaid, if not it's $90 to see my old doctor and $120 to go to UAMS but me and my boyfriend have to live on $60 till he can find some income and with all this pain I can't find a job right now... so thank you "Doctor Bennett", at least the last one had the decency to actually care about me! I wish I knew his name so I could give him a very good word.. it would be nice if I could know it that way the next time I ever need medical attention, I'd like to request him so at least he'll get the job done without being an arrogant ass. Dr. Bennett was just the rudest ever.. I didn't mean to vent so much but I'm in tears almost every day because I want to live normal again, hospitals are supposed to help those in need. When a doctor willingly knows that I might have something wrong with my gallbladder but does no real tests and just tells me to go home, he is in it for the money and not for the wellness of his patients. I'm 20 years old, my life shouldn't be living in fear for every time i eat and every night when I have severe stomach cramps and nausea, I don't feel like myself anymore and this doctor doesn't give a care in the world. Didn't even try to prescribe me anything to help ease the pain or nausea.. the next time I need any medical attention I don't think I want to go the the MRMC.. I'd rather drive an hour or 3 to find relief. And if I have no choice to go the MRMC, then I never want that doctor assigned to me again. He also tried saying that they couldn't do an ultrasound on me there??!! Like what?!?! It's a freakin hospital!!! It wouldn't have took them long at all just to check me out and see if it's my gallbladder or what.. but to some people, money is better than the health of a person. If I could, I would put 0 stars instead of one, but just count the one star for the doctor that actually cared about me.
