Over all I would not suggest this clinic to anyone.
This is the worst doctors office I've been to in my life. I end up with a differen doctor just about every time I go there for an appointment. I've had 4 different doctors in 3 years. Also, they require their patients to make an appointment every three months in order to get a perscription refilled. They do this so that they can gouge your insurance company. It's always a fight to get a year long perscription. They won't even honor a year long perscription when they give it. They just tell you it's for a year to get you out of their office. No other doctor's office I've been to has treated their patients this way. Also, there has been many occations when I needed my perscription refilled and my pharmacey couldn't get in contact with them because no one answers the phone. If you can avoid it, never use this place. The only reason I gave them one star instead of a fraction of a star is because google dosen't offer that option.
I have waited in the back on a doctor for a hour before then when I ask what's going on and they said well the doctor has two patients in front of you then the nurse says you can wait or reschedule. On top of that it took me 3 days to get a appointment so I pretty much just have to wait!
They refuse to answer the phone, it never stops ringing. There isn't even an operator. Poor service for something as important as a Dr's office
I had blood work done nearly two weeks ago and I still haven't received the results!
Good clean fast place to go to.
The recieptionist are rude.
This is not right at all! I have lived in several States and this is the first one like this. I have always gotten the results in 2 to 4 days! I am Diabetic and very Concerned!!!!
